About the Role The company are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support product sales.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and consumer behaviour—ideally within the health, wellness, or FMCG space.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, website, and promotional campaigns.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
Support new product launches through coordinated marketing activity.
Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.
Skills Experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or health-related industries.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
Proficiency in social media platforms as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak / communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous, but not essential.
Experience in email marketing, social media management, and digital advertising.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) highly desirable.
