About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Product & Supply Chain to lead our expanding team.
You will be part of our leadership team, working closely with other senior leaders and reporting to the General Manager.
Your role will involve creating and implementing a smart, sustainable supply chain strategy to help us achieve our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Product Procurement: Lead our supply chain, quality, and planning functions; champion operational resilience; drive operational innovation, process design, and transformation.
* Business Planning: Own supply chain planning, performance metrics, and budgeting, aligning these with our overall business strategy.
* Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that takes ownership, innovates, and is accountable.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across departments and with external partners such as suppliers and freight forwarders to facilitate progress.
* Transformation and Change Management: Utilize WMS, automation, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to support change initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Proven leadership of high-performing teams
* Experience in buying or procurement
* Experience leading change in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* Ability to collaborate effectively across business units
* A passion for business growth and personal development
Preferred Skills:
* End-to-end supply chain expertise
* Experience leading digital and operational transformation
* Budgeting, costing, and cash flow management
