About the Opportunity
As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose bathroom and kitchen products to suit their style, budget, and project needs. You'll prepare quotes, read plans, assist with orders, and work closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Assisting retail customers, builders, and designers with product selections
Preparing quotes and reading/interpreting plans
Ensuring showroom displays are tidy, current, and well‑presented
Providing accurate advice on product ranges, styles, and availability
Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
Processing sales orders and supporting general showroom administration
What You Can Bring
Experience in showroom or trade sales (bathroom ware, kitchen, building supplies preferred)
Strong communication and customer‑service focus
Ability to prepare accurate quotes and interpret plans
Initiative, attention to detail, and a polished presentation style
Confidence with computer systems and quoting/invoicing software
