The Role
We are seeking Child Care Workers and Group Leaders to join our school communities. These full-time positions are available across various locations in the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement child-centered programs based on individual strengths and interests.
* Observe, record, and report on children's learning and wellbeing.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive environment that meets National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
* Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, colleagues to support children's outcomes.
About You (Selection Criteria)
