We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Traineeship Administrator to manage trainees across various clients. As the point of contact for government and non-government funded training programs, you will play a critical role in arranging training and development initiatives and projects.

* Administrate traineeship life cycle from enrolment to completion, including unit completions, funding applications, and employee records maintenance.
* Monitor progression of trainees in our database and maintain accurate records and systems.
* Attend client or government meetings as required via video conferencing or in person, and provide regular reporting to our team on trainee progress.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
