Various level roles: $27- $40 per hour depending on role and experience.



Flexible Days & Times | 8~20 hours per week

About Us


Monash Care Medical, Health & Wellness is a newly established practice, who's highly regarded practitioners and staff have been serving the local community for over 25 years. Monash Care Medical aims to provide high quality and thorough primary medical care to the community with an emphasis on both treating immediate health concerns and promoting long term health and wellness. About the Role


As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact, in person, on the phone and through media. A friendly face, with a welcoming, person centred approach, providing a smooth, professional experience. You'll manage appointments, answer enquiries, process payments, and support our clinical team to keep the centre running efficiently.


What We're Looking For

* Warm, professional, and person-centred.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous medical or customer service experience preferred however not essential. We value the person first. Knowledge of other languages including basic Greek would be highly regarded.
