We're looking for a confident and capable HR professional who can comfortably work across the full spectrum of HR support — from generalist advisory and payroll coordination to hands‐on HR administration. In this role, you'll partner closely with our operational leaders and provide proactive, solutions‐focused guidance to a diverse workforce across multiple power generation sites in Australia. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys working in a small, collaborative team and is ready to contribute their experience to achieve shared goals.

What You'll Do

* Partner with operational leaders across multiple sites to deliver responsive, effective HR support
* Manage complex employee relations matters with confidence and commercial awareness
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers, coaching them to ensure successful delivery of all people‐related activities
* Work closely with the People Manager to implement strategic HR business plans and policy development aligned with business goals
* Lead workplace relations activity including Enterprise Agreement interpretation and implementation
* Navigate and influence within a multi‐stakeholder environment, often juggling competing priorities
* Contribute to projects, recruitment and people initiatives alongside the wider team
* Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
* Mentor and support junior HR team members to foster collaboration and professional development
* Work collaboratively and step in where required to support overall team success

What You'll Have

* 5–8 years as a People Advisor or HR Generalist within an infrastructure, facilities, or service provider environment
* Excellent understanding of the operational challenges of managing a dispersed workforce
* Skilled at building strong relationships with multiple decision makers and adapting your approach accordingly
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic, high‐pressure environment
* Strong understanding of employee and industrial relations
* A practical, adaptable approach and preparedness to contribute where needed
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detailGood analytical capability to assist with workforce solutions and business goals
* Qualification in human resources or related fields
* Exposure to the power generation industry (a plus)
