The Job and Duties
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery for premium property listings
* Manage listing documentation and seamless client onboarding
* Coordinate communication across clients, agents and key stakeholders
* Ensure properties are impeccably prepared for market
* Execute high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Support campaign production including styling, photography and media
* Drive buyer engagement through targeted outreach
* Maintain campaign timelines, including opens and auction coordination
* Enhance client experience through attention to detail and brand presentation
About You
* Real estate experience preferred — you understand the fast pace of the industry and can handle shifting priorities with ease
* Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep campaigns moving seamlessly
* A confident communicator who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team
