The Role This is a hands-on Systems Administrator role within a collaborative internal IT team, supporting a modern environment across identity, endpoints and core business systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the organisation’s technology environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, user experience and operational excellence. Some aspects of the role involve L1–L2 support, however the position is centred around overall environment ownership, system health and continuous improvement.
