**Your new role**
This role is essential in to help the team plan, maintain and monitor order timelines from the order placement to delivery.
- Assist sales team with quoting process
- Create & place orders with suppliers via Xero
- Create quotes for clients
- Oversee quality control of goods received prior to order dispatch
- Manage order dispatch process
- Research & procurement of new products
- Manage samples to & from clients
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have;
- A positive, enthusiastic personality with a desire to produce high quality outcomes
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to perform under pressure with a high level of emotional intelligence
- You will have demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
- You will be able to maintain successful relationships with all key stakeholders, e.g. sales director, your colleagues, suppliers and customers
