About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our high-performing sales team in Macarthur. As a key member of our team, you will support the lead agent with day-to-day sales activities and contribute to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the lead agent with buyer work, open homes, and prospecting
* Managing enquiry flow, booking appointments, and maintaining consistent communication with buyers and sellers
* Assisting in preparing appraisals, listing presentations, reports, and marketing materials
* Conducting buyer follow-up, attending inspections, and contributing to negotiation processes
* Helping coordinate photography, floor plans, property marketing, and campaign administration
* Actively prospecting and generating new appraisal opportunities to support the sales pipeline
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Assistant, or in a similar real estate role
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with buyers, sellers, and local homeowners
* A proactive, driven personality with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Understanding of the sales process, buyer management, and basic real estate legislation
* High attention to detail and solid administrative capability
* Current Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agent (NSW) and a reliable car
