Key Responsibilities
* Offer guidance and advice to leaders on performance management, misconduct, grievances, fitness for work, and team dynamics.
* Conduct workplace investigations of varying complexity.
* Analyse enterprise agreements, employment contracts, and relevant policies.
* Support the continuous improvement of employee relations processes, policies, and procedures.
* Advise on workplace behaviour and misconduct issues.
* Assist with fitness for work assessments and adjustments.
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
* Extensive HR generalist experience in medium to large organisations.
* Strong background in coaching and advising leaders across a range of HR matters.
* Skilled in identifying and resolving complex HR risks and issues.
* Experienced in interpreting industrial instruments, policies, and procedures.
