The Role:
You will support the day-to-day service delivery of a dynamic disability support organisation providing 24/7 support, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred supports across a caseload of over 15 NDIS participants. Services include a mix of two SIL houses, community access, and in-home supports. Your role will focus on coordinating participant onboarding, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting compliance and service quality across active services.
Success in this role requires strong people management capability, sound NDIS experience, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Health or similar — or equivalent experience
* Experience in dynamic SIL, in-home and community access disability care settings
* Excellent multitasking, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Strong understanding of NDIS compliance, service delivery standards, and documentation
* Experience in managing support teams and service operations
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle
* Ability to write clear reports and support plans
* Willingness to participate in on-call roster (one weeknight/month + one night/ week, no expectation to answer between 10pm-6am)
* Commitment to flexible, participant-led, responsive support delivery
