Offer description

An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join our Head Office Team as a Human Resource/Payroll Officer, located onsite in Tullamarine, just minutes from Melbourne Airport.

The onsite role requires an honest and enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent computer skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, is reliable, and can provide and maintain excellent internal and external customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all HR functions for up to 200 employees across 4 entities in VIC, SA, and QLD
2. Processing, maintaining, and improving the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
3. Supporting Branch Management with recruitment and performance management documentation
4. Managing employee licence and accreditation compliance
5. Overseeing staff rewards programs
6. Calculating long service leave (knowledge of SA, VIC, and QLD legislation preferred)
7. Processing payroll fortnightly (experience with ELMO or Employment Hero preferred)
8. Producing monthly reports using Excel
9. Managing Workcover Claims
10. Assisting Admin and Finance teams with general administration and ad hoc duties

To be considered, you should have proven HR experience in a busy environment and familiarity with online HR systems is preferred.

You will be a team player with an analytical and problem-solving mindset, eager to learn all aspects of the business.

If successful, you will work closely with our Finance and Administration teams, managing HR functions with support from the General Managers.
