As Paid Media Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of multi-channel paid media campaigns for a portfolio of clients, managing strategy, execution, optimisation and client relationships across social, search, and digital media platforms. Reporting to the Digital Director, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, while also working closely with internal specialists across creative, SEO, and technical teams to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads—from brief to delivery. Develop strategic media plans that align with client goals across acquisition, awareness, and engagement objectives. Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trusted relationships. Brief and collaborate with internal teams on creative assets, landing pages, SEO integration and technical campaign components. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting targeting, bids, and creative as needed to maximise ROI. Provide regular reports, actionable insights and post-campaign reviews using tools like Google Analytics 4, platform-specific dashboards, and custom reporting. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to recommend best practices and proactive strategies. Identify and recommend additional digital services or opportunities to grow client accounts. About You: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a paid media/digital marketing role (agency experience preferred). Proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns across paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat) and Google Ads (search campaigns essential). Familiar with SEO best practices and how paid media strategies can complement organic efforts. Skilled in client-facing roles with the ability to present complex performance data in clear, actionable ways. Competent in campaign reporting and analytics using Google Analytics 4 and paid media dashboards. Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
