This iconic store in Canberra is known for its vibrant vibe and huge range of products. If you love cutting‑edge fashion and would like to influence the second‑hand clothing environment in Canberra, then this is the job for you.
This is a premium role and we're looking for related retail experience. The role is about turning good second‑hand items into funds that we will use in our community to support the most vulnerable. We need someone who cares about what they do, the environment and wants to make a real difference in the lives of the people in their community.
About You
* Proven experience – a strong background in customer service with experience in financial management, team leadership and service quality.
* Leadership skills – the ability to inspire, motivate and manage teams effectively ensuring alignment with our values and goals.
* Strategic vision – a track record of driving operational growth through innovation and excellence.
* Change management – strong independent problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Communication & tech savvy – excellent communication and negotiation skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with financial and HR management systems.
* A valid driver's licence is essential. Successful applicants will need to complete a National Police Check and obtain a Working With Vulnerable People card (WWVP).
