We are looking for a Tech Assist member to help provide a superior approach to customer service and join our Brisbane Technology team as an IT Tech Assist. As a customer-facing team, we are motivated to continually improve our services and are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience.
Role Responsibilities
Provide support at a walk-up Service Desk and remote-based IT support for technology-related queries.
Offer local hardware support for various businesses throughout Brisbane.
Deliver local technology training and manage loan equipment, repair services, and promotion of IT products.
Act as the first point of contact for all staff requiring help or information regarding technology within Macquarie.
What You Offer
Technical knowledge on Microsoft 365 (Office, 365, Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft Server Platforms including SCCM, JAMF and Microsoft Azure Intune, and Apple iOS/MacBook and Android).
Proven experience in providing desktop support to end users using a computerised service management ticketing system.
Superior customer service skills and solid interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities.
Diligence to adhere to security, regulatory, and compliance processes.
