The successful candidate will lead projects, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and client satisfaction. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities and preparing competitive fee proposals.
* 5+ years of experience in ecological consultancy or environmental assessments.
* Strong leadership presence with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
* Proven project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Demonstrated knowledge of planning schemes, environmental legislation, and assessment processes (or the ability to acquire this quickly).
* A strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to grow and strengthen client relationships.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in science or related disciplines.
