Key Accountabilities
Deliver great customer service to drive profitable sales. Key tasks include processing and flowing merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and point-of-sale registers.
Position Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and articulate our off-price model
* Maintain a neat, clean and organized store floor
* Drive sales and provide efficient customer service at the point of sale
* Process and flow merchandise
* Execute merchandise protection standards
* Support gift card sales and strategies
* Ability to demonstrate understanding of Store Best Methods
* Support charity initiatives
* Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Adhere to our Global Code of Conduct
