Fried Chicken & Burger Shop – Southbank
We are a busy Fried Chicken & Burger shop located in Southbank, Melbourne, and we are looking for a Full-time Kitchen Staff / Cook (Commis / Demi level) to join our team.
Position:
Full-time
$26–29 per hour, depending on experience
Requirements:
Chef school / culinary school study background (TAFE or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years of commercial kitchen working experience
Experience with fried food, burgers, or fast-paced kitchens is highly preferred
Able to work efficiently during busy service periods
Good food preparation, knife skills, and time management
Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
Responsibilities:
Preparation and cooking of fried chicken, burgers, and sides
Daily food prep and kitchen operations
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
Assisting senior kitchen staff during service
