OCG Talent is working with an international online trading company that offers a commission free, one-stop investment hub for international trading markets. They offer a trading platform with products which include Australian and International shares, ETFs and derivatives.
Our client is currently in a significant growth phase rapidly expanding into different global territories, including the Australian market. They are looking for a recent university graduate who is keen to develop their knowledge of the trading markets, and their knowledge of both Australian and International trading products. Someone with an interest in the market trading environment, who wants to work with a fintech that offers market leading, innovative technology, an exciting, rapidly changing environment, and an organisation that offers a flexible working arrangement. Professionals with excellent communication skills, patience, excellent listening skills, and have the ability to work with a range of stakeholders both from Australia and the global team.
To be successful we are looking for the following:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (contact centre, retail, or hospitality) will be highly desirable but not a necessity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and passionate about giving excellent customer service.
- The desire to build a career in financial services
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally
- Organizational and time management skills
- A strong aptitude to analyse and solve problems
