Job Summary:
This role requires a Project Manager to lead a team in developing goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans.
The team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance to ensure safety and sustainability goals are integrated.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct or perform staff activities, including departmental procedure development and standard project procedures.
* Establish workload tracking and delivery processes.
* Create teams and distribute workload.
* Serve as liaison between project teams, external clients, and functional areas.
* Evaluate work quality and recommend changes to policies or procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree with 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of work experience.
* Demonstrated knowledge of engineering processes, trade-off studies, scope definition, value improvement practices, risk analysis, and estimate and schedule baseline development.
* Ability to organize staff and project teams in a matrix organisation.
* Effective planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Proficient communication and presentation skills.
