The role
The Risk and Resilience Advisor will work closely with the workgroup to assist the ongoing development and implementation of frameworks, policies, decision-making processes, and training across risk, emergency management and business continuity programs.
The role plays a key part in supporting Gippsland Water's risk, emergency management, security, insurance and business continuity programs.
You will also act as a first point of contact for day to day activities and enquiries, consulting regularly with the Risk & Resilience Lead.
What you'll bring
* Experience in emergency and/or risk management
* Working knowledge of standards, legislation and systems relevant to the role
* Proven ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation, and to external customers
* Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
