About the Role
As the Training Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to medical education leaders and coordinate both prevocational and vocational psychiatry training programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating activities for psychiatry trainees, providing administrative support, maintaining databases and filing systems, and building working relationships with supervisors and external bodies.
Key Responsibilities
 * Coordinating activities for psychiatry trainees and supporting program requirements.
 * Providing administrative support, including preparing reports, agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
 * Maintaining databases, filing systems, and handling financial processes such as invoicing and reimbursements.
 * Organising meetings, including teleconferences and videoconferences, and ensuring appropriate documentation is prepared.
 * Building working relationships with supervisors, staff, and external bodies.
