SPA Australia provides senior decision makers within the Australian Defence Force with timely and objective analysis of military capabilities and operations across the full spectrum of conflict. Our team of experienced military professionals and highly qualified analysts integrate operational expertise with advanced analytic methods - including force generation modelling, agent-based tactical simulations, wargaming, and operational mission analyses - to develop and deliver products that evaluate current and future capabilities and concepts.
SPA Australia has an immediate need for a Military Operations Analyst to support a range of Defence Space Command programs and projects.

**Required Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience relevant to military operations and associated technologies. Expertise in Space, Air or Land warfighting domains in any of the following categories:
- Mission Aircrew
- Pilot
- Intelligence
- Experience in military operational planning within an operational headquarters and/or Defence capability development and management (including requirements definition, capability definition document generation, modelling and simulation, or operations research).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis to reach defensible conclusions using incomplete information, develop well-written analytic products to inform decision making, and present analytic results orally.-
