Your Role
As an SAP ABAP & Fiori Developer, you'll deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions that enhance system efficiency and stability. Working within Corporate Services Enablement, you'll collaborate with Finance, HR/Payroll, and Store/POS teams to design and implement changes across ECC/S/4, Fiori/UI5, and integration points. You'll also contribute to SAP BTP innovations and support AMS activities including incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop ABAP solutions including OO ABAP, enhancements, reports, forms, and batch jobs, with a focus on performance and maintainability.
* Build and optimize integrations using IDocs, RFCs, OData services, and CDS views, ensuring alignment with change management processes.
* Develop and enhance SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, collaborating with UX and functional teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly experiences.
* Support POS-integrated processes and work closely with Store Support and SMEs to resolve defects and enable secure feature delivery.
* Enable clean core and BTP extensions, applying modern development patterns and building lightweight services to improve agility and upgradability.
* Contribute to AMS operations, managing incidents, batch jobs, and change requests while driving continuous improvement and system stability.

Skills & Experience
* 8+ years SAP ABAP development experience (including OO ABAP, enhancements, IDoc/RFC, performance tuning, and CDS entities).
* Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, SD, HR/Payroll teams on SAP-related initiatives.
* Experience in Application Management Services (AMS), including incident, problem, and change management, plus batch operations support.
* Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Neo for deploying applications, managing Destinations, and integrating Git repositories; familiarity with BTP Cloud Foundry is a plus.
