Your new role
As an operations administrator, your role would be to support the operations and the logistics team by providing administrative support across various initiatives.

Duties include:
- Handling contract management and documentation
- Coordinating projects and providing administrative support
- Preparing and maintaining reports
- Managing phone calls and emailing inquiries
- Overseeing employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting and implementing operational process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or operations administrator role
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Proactive and hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to develop and enhance operational processes
