Labour Ward Coordinator
This role presents a developmental opportunity for an experienced midwife to lead the Labour ward team at Croydon University Hospital NHS Trust.
* Support and promote change by implementing continuity of care models into practice. This includes overseeing the integration of new healthcare policies, training staff on updated procedures and ensuring seamless patient care transitions.

Closely work with the Labour Ward Matron to guarantee high standards of care are maintained across all areas of operation including direct clinical responsibilities, staffing management and budget planning where applicable.
