Lead a talented team of Business Development Managers, drive revenue growth, and personally manage high-value national accounts. Job Description
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4 Business Development Managers across Australia
* Manage and grow key national accounts, and secure new high-value customer relationships
* Develop and implement a national sales strategy.
* Oversee disciplined sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
* Optimise pricing, lead commercial negotiations, and protect gross margin
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback, support, and development
* Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, procurement, warehouse) to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Represent Aberdeen Paper at trade shows, conferences, and interstate meeting
The Successful Applicant
* Proven sales leadership experience in a B2B environment
* Strong track record of managing key accounts and securing new business
* Strategic thinker with excellent commercial negotiation skills
* Ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel interstate as needed
