Qualifications:
* Bachelor in Nursing
* AHPRA registration
* Australian working rights (essential)
* Australian drivers’ licence
* National Police Clearance
Responsibilities:
* Execute on the client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
* Help clients with their ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) that is within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
* Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises.
* Wound care and assessment.
* Parenteral Nutrition (TPN, PEG and PPT).
* Bowel management.
* Medication administration.
* Basic Catheter change and care.
* Palliative Care
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Other Skills and Abilities:
* Must be able speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset.
* Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designer when needed.
* Able to travel from client to client in a timely fashion.
* Passionate about making a difference.
