About the Role 
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Brighton, CO. 
You’ll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain independence and improve their daily living skills through evidence-based care. 
Compensation & Scheduling 
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit 
- Part time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities 
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans 
- Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical expertise 
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional goals 
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques 
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation 
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications 
- A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado. 
- Proven experience in home health or a related field. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation. 
- A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
