**Responsibilities**:
Provide assistance in-home and in the community, including:
- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Social and community activities

- Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification (preferred)
- Driver's License
- Car Registration
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Police check Certificate
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (EN or RN Nurses & Allied Health Professionals only)
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate
