About the role Based in Ryde, this wonderful opportunity is for people passionate about community support, who enjoy guiding and developing others, and who have a genuine interest in partnering with, and learning from, experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders. This role involves leading and developing a small team that delivers multiple NDIS-funded programs in Employment Supports, Individualised Support, and group-based Programs of Support. Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your responsibilities include: Ensuring the effective delivery of quality services; Developing your team through mentoring and supervision; Driving program acquisition and supporting site tours; Coordinating individual client activities into group programs; Planning weekly schedules and site visits to match client needs; Serving as the main point of contact for activities and employment inquiries. After onboarding, you will also be able to deliver billable support including quarterly reviews, 1:1, and group facilitation. About you This opportunity is suited to candidates with leadership experience in designing individualised or group-based programming, such as core groups and employment supports, with a focus on engaging and innovative services. Your leadership strengths include staff development and customer service, and you are knowledgeable in the NDIS space. To be successful, highlight leadership experience that has prepared you to lead a team and manage NDIS programs. The salary package ranges from $73,000 to $77,500 + 11.5% Super + up to $18,550 Salary Packaging Benefits + Royal Rewards.
