**About the role**
This is a varied role with diverse responsibilities requiring an exceptionally organised, agile individual with high attention to detail. Option available to be a full time or part time role. You'll be working alongside the Director and Manager.
20hrs per week flexible times with option of having more hours depending on your skills and availability.
- Parts of the role will include:_
- Bookkeeping of our 4 companies (invoicing, bills, reconciliations, payments, etc.)
- Assist the Directors with Business Development & Improvement
**Xero experience is a must**
Other skills that will be helpful but not necessary: Marketing / Photography / Graphic Design / Hospitality Experience
The person who takes up the role will need to:
- Be Proactive
- Passion to learn & improve
- Excel knowledge required
- High level of English (Advanced to proficiency) is a must
- Systems improvements & creations
**About us**
We are a Hospitality Group. We own 2 restaurants, a catering company (Weddings & events) & a production kitchen. These are 4 separate businesses (around 40+ workers total) however they are very interrelated. The management role is to keep the businesses running in a profit & to continuously improve all parts of the business. Being small businesses & working directly with the directors, you'll be able to learn all about the process of running a business, being directly related with all management decisions. You'll also be able to see your ideas & projects become true very quickly.
