About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team, responsible for providing critical legal support across our operations in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with excellent organisational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and negotiation of contracts for various vendors engaged by the company
* General advice on regulatory matters, including financial services and privacy law
* Assist with the management and review of legal disclosure documents and other terms
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of post-qualification experience with an unrestricted practising certificate
* Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
