CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for our client working on commercial fit out Projects based in Darwin, NT. This role will suit a hands-on construction leader with strong experience in delivering commercial fit out projects, with the ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, and ensure high standards across safety, quality, and program delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day site activities across commercial fit out projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time and to standard Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHSQ requirements Conduct site inductions, safety checks, and risk assessments Work closely with the Project Manager on construction program and project delivery Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Monitor quality of works and manage defect resolution Maintain site documentation, reporting, and project updates Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years construction experience, including 2 years in a Site Manager role Strong background in commercial fit out projects ($700K - $5M) Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and program Proven leadership and subcontractor management experience Strong understanding of site safety and EHSQ requirements Experience with MS Project, Procore, or similar systems Construction White Card (essential) What We Can Offer: Salary starting at $126,000 per annum Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development 8-10 hr days - overtime available On-going permanent work How to Apply: If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in Construction Management, please click APPLY, or submit your resume to rachel.v@celotti.com.au or contact CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688.
