About the Role
* We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Director to work closely with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for building trusted relationships with partners, increasing market share, and leading all business interactions from engineers to CxO level.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic partnerships with key clients to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms that meet mutual goals.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of Linux and cloud software ecosystems, as well as open source selling models.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product management teams to deliver on targets and objectives.
* Leverage executive interlocks between partners and leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
* Proven experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles.
* Extensive understanding of OpenStack, virtualization, containers, and other Cloud technologies.
* A strong autonomous, disciplined, and hands-on approach to achieving results.
* Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate gaps, and create opportunities.
