Responsibilities
- Deliver L2/L3 operational support for a complex enterprise network.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco Routing & Switching infrastructure.
- Provide advanced support for Checkpoint firewalls, ensuring network security and reliability.
- Resolve escalations and ensure seamless network performance across key operational sites.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Proven L2/L3 network support experience.
- Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Checkpoint firewalls.
Desirable Skills
- Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) - Advanced policy management and endpoint visibility.
- Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) - Data center networking with policy automation capabilities.
