Fitness & Recreation Officer
Location: Newman, Western Australia
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to $79,271 per annum with benefits including a living allowance of up to $15,000 p.a. and relocation expenses of up to $10,000 intrastate or $15,000 interstate.

The progressive Shire of East Pilbara, the largest local government authority in Western Australia, servicing the town sites of Newman, Marble Bar, Nullagine and surrounding communities, is looking for a Fitness & Recreation Officer to join our team.
Key Qualifications
* Year 12, Certificate II, or equivalent professional experience for recreational sports facilities.
* Current WA 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
* Current Working With Children Check.
* Current first‑aid certificate (certificate III or higher).
* Experience in office administration.
* Sound customer‑service skills.
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
* Demonstrated self‑management, time‑management and organisational skills.
To be successful you will have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, keyboard and computer proficiency, and demonstrated self‑management, time‑management and organisational abilities.
