Scheduling: Schedule technicians and allocate daily jobs Resource coordination: Monitor labour and materials, and order parts through approved suppliers to keep jobs running smoothly. Client & technician support: Communicate effectively via phone and email to coordinate and resolve service needs. Continuous improvement: Contribute to planning, process enhancements, and team efficiency. Safety procedures: Ensure all work complies with company policies and IMS standards. Collaboration: Work closely with technical staff to optimise team performance. Flexible work options to work from home post 6-month anniversary You Are: Work Eligibility: Must be an Australian to be eligible to gain an AGSVA Baseline Clearance (paid for by Secom) Experience: Ideally have experience in a similar role within trade-based industries (plumbing, electrical, etc.) Systems: You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Simpro experience is highly regarded. Organised & Accurate: Good time management with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Team-Oriented: A quick-learner, reliable, collaborative, and always ready to lend a hand.
