Project Coordinator – Large Transformation Program - 6-month initial contract
You will support a complex rail transformation program within the Victorian State Government, coordinating tasks, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven coordinator looking to contribute to a significant public-sector program of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day coordination support across program workstreams
* Maintain program documentation, registers, schedules, and governance material
* Assist with reporting, status updates, and preparation of program artefacts
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, and steering groups, including logistics and minute-taking
* Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities
About You
* Experience supporting large transformation or infrastructure programs in State Government, ideally major transport and infrastructure uplifts
* Strong coordination and organisational capability, with high attention to detail
* Excellent documentation and reporting skills across complex project environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-moving program
