Clinical Nurse – Community Services (Arundel)

Responsibilities
* Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans.
* Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents.
* Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development.
* Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated clinical skills.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence – Essential.
* Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle for work – Essential.
* Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care.
* Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities.
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members.
* Previous community nursing experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable.
