Our exclusive client is seeking a driven and hands-on Store Manager to take charge of a busy retail branch in Butler. Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer service and team development
- Manage store and workshop performance - drive results and KPIs
- Build a positive team culture and provide ongoing coaching
- Oversee stock processes, compliance, and special order requests
- Analyse monthly P&Ls; and take ownership of financial performance
- Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership background in a retail or service environment
- Comfortable working with budgets, P&Ls; and KPIs
- A team player who leads by example and builds trust
- Organised and detail-focused with strong follow-through
- Passion for customer satisfaction and creating positive store experiences
- Willingness to learn technical areas - full training provided
- Experience in large format, high-volume retail operations highly regarded
