ERP Application Specialist (NetSuite | 12-month fixed term contract)

We're partnering with a well-established Australian business embarking on a significant SAP migration program and are seeking an experienced ERP Application Specialist to support their existing NetSuite environment while helping drive critical migration activities.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative technology team where you'll have a genuine impact across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Operations functions.
The Opportunity
As the ERP Application Specialist, you'll be responsible for the ongoing support, enhancement and optimisation of the NetSuite platform while working closely with stakeholders across the business. You'll also play a key role in data extraction, validation and migration activities as the organisation transitions to SAP.
This role offers a unique blend of BAU support, continuous improvement and large-scale transformation work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support across the NetSuite platform
* Partner with business stakeholders to resolve issues and identify process improvements
* Configure and enhance NetSuite including workflows, saved searches, forms, reports and dashboards
* Support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Manufacturing and Warehouse processes
* Assist with NetSuite data extraction and validation activities for SAP migration
* Work alongside Solution Architects, Data Migration specialists and external vendors
* Maintain documentation, governance standards and system best practices
* Support integration and EDI‐related activities across the ERP landscape
About You
You'll bring strong hands‐on NetSuite experience and enjoy working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
Ideally, you'll have:
* Proven experience supporting and enhancing Oracle NetSuite in a complex environment
* Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes across Finance and Supply Chain
* Experience with NetSuite customisation including Saved Searches, Workflows and SuiteScript
* Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades or migration programs
* Knowledge of data extraction, reporting and migration activities
* Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations and EDI platforms
* Strong stakeholder engagement and problem‐solving skills
* Previous experience within manufacturing, wholesale, distribution or retail environments
Highly Desirable
* Exposure to SAP implementation or migration projects
* SQL and reporting experience
* Experience working with external system integrators and vendors
