With the explosive growth of our agency, we have an exciting opportunity for a full‐time in‐house Creator (Video Content, Video Producer/Editor) to join our tribe and help our company reach world domination.
This role is essential to the content evolution of King Kong. You will develop high‐quality content for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, and general advertising purposes for our website.
Responsibilities
* Shoot and edit cutting‐edge short‐form video content, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxfC5IBnM7Q&t, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXTdU5E9F0Q, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gY0aJd0B7jg
* Produce mobile‐first content on iPhone optimized for multiple social channels (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond)
* Identify and jump on trends to ensure our brand operates at the speed of culture
* Research trends and tactics for retention against YouTube algorithm; analyze and review video stats, data and analytics after posting content
* Create large volumes of short‐form content and quickly respond to new trends
* Utilize raw footage to assemble rough and final edits; input music, captions, graphics and effects if needed
* Produce content within production costing and time limitations
* Post content on social networks

Requirements
* Create 25–40 organic pieces of short‐form content per month (minimum)
* Expert in mobile and desktop post‐production software – CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc (must)
* Expert in shooting and producing videos on iOS (must)Experience building YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook channels and pages to 50k+ followers/subscribers (big plus)
* Experience in After Effects creating basic animations/effects (nice to have)
* Unyielding thirst to create (must)
* Love for all things social and viral (must)
* Exceptional attention to detail and openness to feedback throughout the creative process (ideal)
* Expert‐level experience with social media content creation (must)
