BumperTech has an assistant managerial position available at our Molendinar location. We offer onsite and in-house SMART repairs, including plastic repairs, minor panel damage, replacement panels & lights. We are the largest mobile onsite repairs in SEQ and specialise in mobile and in-house same-day repairs, with options for repairs to be completed at the customer\'s home or work address or at our workshop.

Responsibilities
- Management of 3-4 technicians - team management.
- Quoting repairs to vehicles.
- Answering phone.
- Ordering stock.
- Vehicle checks - organising services for company vehicles.
- Quality control - overseeing repairs to customer vehicles.
Qualifications & Experience
What You Need
- Valid drivers license.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Basic proficiency with mobile systems for job management.
