I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst on behalf of a client based South of the River in Perth. This is far from your standard BA role. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for significant transformation across a rapidly growing organisation, serving as 2IC to the Product Innovation Manager and setting the tone for meaningful, lasting change. From a potential new ERP implementation, through to new revenue-generating products and future AI initiatives, this person will lead and support major projects that shape the direction of the business at a national level. Skills Required: - Requirement Gathering: Interview stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into clear, actionable, and functional specifications for technical teams - Process Analysis: Map out and audit existing workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost-saving (BPE qualification would be great) - Data-Driven Insights: Analyse operational and financial data using models to support business decisions. - Stakeholder Management/Change Management: Facilitate communication between business leaders and IT departments, ensuring alignment on project scope and deliverables and deliver well rounded change management - Solution Testing & Deployment: Create test plans, ensure software solutions meet quality standards, and coordinate user training and documentation. - AI knowledge & experience: AI background, either led the implementation of new AI capabilities or understands the subject in depth - ERP background & Knowledge: Background in understanding ERPs, either led an implementation or been a strong contributor toward it What's on offer: Full-time, permanent position based South of the River, Perth Hybrid working arrangements introduced after an initial settling-in period A genuine seat at the table during a pivotal period of growth and innovation If you're a Senior BA who thrives on complexity, influence, and driving real outcomes.
