Offering a modern take on Japanese and Korean cuisine, Anglesea combines bold, clean flavours with refined coastal style. Designed to reflect the relaxed sophistication of Western Australia's seaside culture, the venue will feature a produce-driven menu, thoughtful service, and a curated drinks offering. As we are preparing for busy summer season, we're assembling a passionate team to help bring this exciting new venue to life.
About the Role
* Be part of an experienced restaurant team led by a dedicated chefs who values a positive and supportive culture.
What we are looking for:
* Preparing and cooking a variety of contemporary Asian dishes with precision and flair
* Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
* Following all food safety and hygiene standards without compromise
* Working closely with the Senior Chef to evolve and perfect the menu
* Must have experience and knowledge across Japanese cuisine
* Ensuring every dish meets our high standards in taste and presentation
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong seafood knowledge and confident knife skills
