We're after a Finance Manager ready to step into a role with real ownership and a clear pathway to CFO.
This position sits at the heart of the business, owning finance end-to-end while partnering closely with founders and the leadership team to guide decisions, improve performance, and help scale a thriving eCommerce brand.
It's ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the numbers but also wants influence, visibility, and the opportunity to grow into a strategic finance leader as the business expands.
What you\'ll be doing
* Owning the finance function across reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting
* Leading month-end, cashflow visibility, and financial accuracy
* Building forecasts, budgets, and scenario models to support growth decisions
* Partnering with founders and leaders to guide performance and strategy
* Improving margin, stock discipline, and working capital outcomes
* Strengthening systems and processes to scale with the business
What we\'re looking for
* CA or CPA qualified
* Strong forecasting, modelling, and commercial analysis skills
* A commercially minded operator who can influence, challenge, and simplify
