Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our organization in Melbourne.

Your primary objective will be to achieve wholesale and retail annual Fleet Sales Target for LCV, while also working closely with dealers to maximize their fleet opportunities and support fleet programs.

* Achieve wholesale and retail annual Fleet Sales Target for LCV
* Achieve Fleet Market Share aspiration
* Actively show sales activity via CRM/Customer logs/Quotes etc
* Work closely to maximise Dealer fleet opportunities and support fleet programs

You will be responsible for ensuring effective account management of all existing fleet customers, providing excellent customer service, and targeting strategic fleet opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect new Fleet opportunities in key segments
* Execute complex tender submissions with collaboration of key stakeholders
* Ensure inclusive and transparent environment to develop a high performing team
* Engage the Dealer Network in terms of customer experience through the ownership life cycle

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry.
